Gas Purification Engineering Corporation (GPEC) is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified in coordination of manufacture, design and supply of the gas and liquid dehydration and purification to the oil, gas and chemical industries.

Our 30+ years of process engineering experience enable our engineers to provide our clients with the most cost-effective Design and Engineering for the gas and liquid dehydrators and treaters. We are determined to minimize our client’s initial capital investment without sacrificing their safety and plant performance.

Our 30+ years of adsorption process knowledge combined with our long term relationship with UOP, enable us the ability to provide our clients with the UOP recommended practices for sequential cycling, control logic, programming and interlocking to avoid costly and possibly catastrophic upset conditions that will damages UOP adsorbent resulting in costly and unnecessary plant shut down and possible voiding of UOP warranty.

Typical Application of GPEC’s Systems


  • Super-drying natural gas to meet the rigorous specifications required when pre-treating the LNG feed gas.
  • Removal of water, carbon dioxide, mercury and sulfur from gases, solvents, and liquefied petroleum gases.
  • Removal of oxygenated organic compounds such as alcohols, ethers, aldehydes, and ketones from hydrocarbon feed streams in catalytic processes, feed monomers, feed comonomers, and recycle solvents, polymer production processes including polyethylene and polypropylene.
  • Removal TBC, arsine, phosphine, acetonitrile, and ammonia in polyethylene and polypropylene manufacturing, and catalytic reforming processes
